Who would’ve guessed Justin Bieber would ever get into a physical fight with the paparazzi? Well that’s exactly what is being alleged at this time, that Bieber got into a scrap with an annoying paparazzi that would not let Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez drive off in their vehicle.

After doing some shopping with Gomez at an outdoor mall called The Commons in Calabasas, CA, where he lives, Justin and Selena apparently entered his vehicle to leave the mall and continue on with their day. That’s when an eager paparazzi member took advantage of the moment, and stood in front of Justin’s car to take some pictures, preventing him from leaving. According to witnesses Justin then exited his vehicle and asked the pap if he would step aside but when the pap refused, Justin became frustrated and a fight broke out between the two.

Multiple witnesses have stated that they saw the two engage in some sort of physical scuffle, which resulted in Bieber losing a shoe and his hat, and the pap down on the ground complaining of pain in his torso. Justin and Selena then drove off since their car wasn’t being blocked anymore. A lawyer who allegedly witnessed the fight approached the pap and advised him to call for an ambulance and file a police report because he believed that the pap could get a lot of money from this.

An ambulance arrived on the scene and the pap was taken to the hospital but released a short time after. Police are looking into the matter as a misdemeanor assault.

Since it’s being looked at as a misdemeanor Bieber won’t get into too much trouble for this, however he will have to fight hard to protect his pockets because the pap is certainly going to try and get some major bills off of this.
